Self-care, for me, is a daily practice—but not always the same one. Every morning starts with journaling and a bowl of matcha—those are my anchors. On other days, when I have the time or feel the need, I might use red light therapy or Truvaga, a small, non-invasive device that stimulates the vagus nerve to help calm the nervous system and support emotional balance. I’ve found it especially helpful on days that feel overstimulated or off-center. Some rituals are constants, but I also try to listen to what my body, mind, and spirit need in a given moment—and allow my routine to meet me there.
